18الَّذي يُؤتي مالَهُ يَتَزَكّىٰMir Ahmed Ali(He)1 who giveth away his wealth, to purify himself.‘Yatazakka’, i.e., seeking purity, i.e., nothing but the pleasure of God and not for any show or fame. Note the highest degree of the excellence in the motive of charity which Islam demands.
