44خَلَقَ اللَّهُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضَ بِالحَقِّ ۚ إِنَّ في ذٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِلمُؤمِنينَMuhammad Asad[and hence are certain that] God has created the heavens and the earth in accordance with [an inner] truth:1 for, behold, in this [very creation] there is a message indeed for all who believe [in Him].I.e., endowed with meaning and purpose: see surah 10, note 11. In other words, belief in the existence of a meaning and a purpose underlying the creation of the universe is a logical corollary of one's belief in God.
