28نَحنُ خَلَقناهُم وَشَدَدنا أَسرَهُم ۖ وَإِذا شِئنا بَدَّلنا أَمثالَهُم تَبديلًاTalal ItaniWe created them, and strengthened their frame; and whenever We will, We can replace them with others like them.
