7 Preface فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيهِم بِعِلمٍ ۖ وَما كُنّا غائِبينَYusuf AliAnd verily, We shall recount their whole story with knowledge, for We were never absent (at any time or place).1God (being All-Knowing) is never absent from any place or at any time, for time and place are relative conceptions for our limited natures, while He is the Absolute, independent of such relative conceptions.
