23 Preface ثُمَّ لَم تَكُن فِتنَتُهُم إِلّا أَن قالوا وَاللَّهِ رَبِّنا ما كُنّا مُشرِكينَAli Quli QaraiThen their only excuse will be to say, ‘By Allah, our Lord, we were not polytheists.’
