Have you not seen the hypocrites who say to their brothers among the People of the Book who have become disbelievers: ‘If you are driven out (from here), we too will necessarily leave with you and will never obey anyone in your case, and if you are attacked, we will most certainly help you?’ But Allah bears witness that they are certainly liars.
