65وَلَو أَنَّ أَهلَ الكِتابِ آمَنوا وَاتَّقَوا لَكَفَّرنا عَنهُم سَيِّئَاتِهِم وَلَأَدخَلناهُم جَنّاتِ النَّعيمِA. J. ArberryBut had the People of the Book believed and been godfearing, We would have acquitted them of their evil deeds, and admitted them to Gardens of Bliss.
