23أُولٰئِكَ الَّذينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُم وَأَعمىٰ أَبصارَهُمAhmed & SamiraThose are those who God cursed/humiliated them , so He made them deaf and (He) blinded/confused their eye sights/understanding.
