33 Preface أَوَلَم يَرَوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذي خَلَقَ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضَ وَلَم يَعيَ بِخَلقِهِنَّ بِقادِرٍ عَلىٰ أَن يُحيِيَ المَوتىٰ ۚ بَلىٰ إِنَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرٌYusuf AliSee they not that God, Who created the heavens and the earth, and never wearied with their creation,1 is able to give life to the dead? Yea, verily He has power over all things.Cf. 2:255 (Verse of the Throne): “His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them.” He Whose power is constant and unwearied in creating and preserving all things in heaven and earth can surely give life to the dead at the Resurrection.
