49لِلَّهِ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ يَخلُقُ ما يَشاءُ ۚ يَهَبُ لِمَن يَشاءُ إِناثًا وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشاءُ الذُّكورَ(Irfan-ul-Quran)For Allah alone is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He likes. He blesses with girls whom He wills and blesses with boys whom He wills.
