12لَهُ مَقاليدُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيَقدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌMir AneesuddinHis are the keys of the skies and the earth, He enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it for whomever and whenever He wills), He is certainly the Knower of everything.
