12لَهُ مَقاليدُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيَقدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌHamid AzizHis are the treasures of the heavens and the earth; He expands or restricts the means of subsistence for whom He wills; verily, He is Aware of all things.
