68هُوَ الَّذي يُحيي وَيُميتُ ۖ فَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُA. J. ArberryIt is He who gives life, and makes to die; and when He decrees a thing, He but says to it 'Be,' and it is.
