98إِلَّا المُستَضعَفينَ مِنَ الرِّجالِ وَالنِّساءِ وَالوِلدانِ لا يَستَطيعونَ حيلَةً وَلا يَهتَدونَ سَبيلًاMir Aneesuddinexcept the weak among the men and the women and the children who neither have (any) means in their power nor (anyone) to guide them to the way (for migration).
