98إِلَّا المُستَضعَفينَ مِنَ الرِّجالِ وَالنِّساءِ وَالوِلدانِ لا يَستَطيعونَ حيلَةً وَلا يَهتَدونَ سَبيلًاRashad KhalifaExempted are the weak men, women, and children who do not possess the strength, nor the means to find a way out.
