48 Preface وَبَدا لَهُم سَيِّئَاتُ ما كَسَبوا وَحاقَ بِهِم ما كانوا بِهِ يَستَهزِئونَYusuf AliFor the evils of their Deeds will confront them, and they will be (completely)1 encircled by that which they used to mock at! How humiliating it will be for them to realise that the things they used to mock at are realities all around them, and the things they were so eager to pursue are mere falsehoods or vanities!
