40مَن يَأتيهِ عَذابٌ يُخزيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيهِ عَذابٌ مُقيمٌAhmed & SamiraWho comes to him (gets a) torture (that) shames/disgraces him and places/resides on him (a) continuous torture.
