8إِنّا جَعَلنا في أَعناقِهِم أَغلالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الأَذقانِ فَهُم مُقمَحونَ(Irfan-ul-Quran)Surely We have put iron collars round their necks reaching their chins. So they have raised their heads up.
