Sura 33
Aya 6
6

The Prophet has a greater claim on the faithful than they have on each other. His wives are their mothers. God ordains that blood relations are closer to one another than to other believers or muhājirīn,1 although you are permitted to do your friends a kindness.2 That is in the Book decreed.
  • Muḥammad’s early followers who fled with him to Medina.
  • By leaving them bequests.
