10وَقالوا أَإِذا ضَلَلنا فِي الأَرضِ أَإِنّا لَفي خَلقٍ جَديدٍ ۚ بَل هُم بِلِقاءِ رَبِّهِم كافِرونَAli UnalYet they say: “What! When we have been (dead and) lost in the earth, will we then be created anew?” No, (they do not really regard being created anew as impossible; rather,) they are unbelievers in the meeting with their Lord.1Those who live a dissipated life driven by their carnal desires and who are lost in accumulating sin cannot look forward to being taken to account for their lives. This is what lies behind their denial of the Hereafter.
