74يَختَصُّ بِرَحمَتِهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الفَضلِ العَظيمِHamid AzizHe especially selects for His mercy whom he pleases, for Allah is Lord of Unbounded Grace.
