74يَختَصُّ بِرَحمَتِهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الفَضلِ العَظيمِ(Irfan-ul-Quran)He specifies to His Mercy whom He desires and Allah is the Lord of Infinite Bounty.’
