62اللَّهُ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ وَيَقدِرُ لَهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌMuhammad AsadGod grants abundant sustenance, or gives it in scant measure, to whichever He wills of His creatures: for, behold, God has full knowledge of every-thing.1Sc., "and, hence, knows what is really good and, from the viewpoint of His unfathomable plan, necessary for each living being".
