23وَالَّذينَ كَفَروا بِآياتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقائِهِ أُولٰئِكَ يَئِسوا مِن رَحمَتي وَأُولٰئِكَ لَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌQaribullah & DarwishThose who disbelieve the verses of Allah and the meeting with Him shall despair of My Mercy, for them there awaits a painful punishment.
