21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَ(Muntakhab)He punishes whom he will and extends mercy to whom He will and to Him shall all of you be sent back.
