36فَلَمّا جاءَهُم موسىٰ بِآياتِنا بَيِّناتٍ قالوا ما هٰذا إِلّا سِحرٌ مُفتَرًى وَما سَمِعنا بِهٰذا في آبائِنَا الأَوَّلينَGeorge SaleAnd when Moses came unto them with our evident signs, they said, this is no other than a deceitful piece of sorcery: Neither have we heard of any thing like this among our fore-fathers.
