183 Preface وَلا تَبخَسُوا النّاسَ أَشياءَهُم وَلا تَعثَوا فِي الأَرضِ مُفسِدينَAli Quli Qaraiand do not cheat the people of their goods. Do not act wickedly on the earth, causing corruption.
