67وَالَّذينَ إِذا أَنفَقوا لَم يُسرِفوا وَلَم يَقتُروا وَكانَ بَينَ ذٰلِكَ قَوامًاA. J. Arberrywho, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand;
