18وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسكَنّاهُ فِي الأَرضِ ۖ وَإِنّا عَلىٰ ذَهابٍ بِهِ لَقادِرونَT. B. IrvingWe send down water from the sky in due measure, and let it trickle into the Earth. We are even Able to make it disappear.
