55وَإِذ قُلتُم يا موسىٰ لَن نُؤمِنَ لَكَ حَتّىٰ نَرَى اللَّهَ جَهرَةً فَأَخَذَتكُمُ الصّاعِقَةُ وَأَنتُم تَنظُرونَM. H. ShakirAnd when you said: O Musa! we will not believe in you until we see Allah manifestly, so the punishment overtook you while you looked on.
