Divorced women must wait, apart, for three courses; and it is not lawful to them that they hide what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and in the Last Day. Their husbands will do better to take them back in that (case) if they wish for reconciliation; for, the same right is due to them as from them in kindness; but men have a degree of advantage (in strength, position, wealth etc.) over them. Allah is Mighty and Wise.
