وَإِن مِن قَريَةٍ إِلّا نَحنُ مُهلِكوها قَبلَ يَومِ القِيامَةِ أَو مُعَذِّبوها عَذابًا شَديدًا ۚ كانَ ذٰلِكَ فِي الكِتابِ مَسطورًا

There is no community but We shall destroy or sternly punish before the Day of Resurrection. That is decreed in the Eternal Book.
