29وَلا تَجعَل يَدَكَ مَغلولَةً إِلىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلا تَبسُطها كُلَّ البَسطِ فَتَقعُدَ مَلومًا مَحسورًاQaribullah & DarwishAnd do not keep your hand chained to your neck (when spending), nor open it completely, so that you will sit blamed and destitute.
