29وَلا تَجعَل يَدَكَ مَغلولَةً إِلىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلا تَبسُطها كُلَّ البَسطِ فَتَقعُدَ مَلومًا مَحسورًا(Saheeh International)And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck1 or extend it completely2 and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent. i.e., refusing to spend.i.e., being extravagant.
