21أَمواتٌ غَيرُ أَحياءٍ ۖ وَما يَشعُرونَ أَيّانَ يُبعَثونَ(Saheeh International)They are, [in fact], dead,1 not alive, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected. i.e., inanimate or without understanding.
