21وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍShabbir AhmedAnd there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures thereof. And We send it down but in precise measure.
