39يَمحُو اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَيُثبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الكِتابِMuhammad AliAllah effaces what He pleases and establishes (what He pleases), and with Him is the basis of the Book.
