119إِلّا مَن رَحِمَ رَبُّكَ ۚ وَلِذٰلِكَ خَلَقَهُم ۗ وَتَمَّت كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَأَملَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الجِنَّةِ وَالنّاسِ أَجمَعينَMuhammad Sarwarexcept those upon whom God has granted His mercy. God has created them to receive mercy. The decree of your Lord that He will fill hell with both jinn and human beings has already been ordained.
