13 Preface وَلَقَد أَهلَكنَا القُرونَ مِن قَبلِكُم لَمّا ظَلَموا ۙ وَجاءَتهُم رُسُلُهُم بِالبَيِّناتِ وَما كانوا لِيُؤمِنوا ۚ كَذٰلِكَ نَجزِي القَومَ المُجرِمينَAli Quli QaraiCertainly We destroyed [several] generations before you when they perpetrated wrongs: their apostles brought them manifest proofs, but they would not have faith. Thus do We requite the guilty lot.
