15 Preface إِنّا أَرسَلنا إِلَيكُم رَسولًا شاهِدًا عَلَيكُم كَما أَرسَلنا إِلىٰ فِرعَونَ رَسولًاAhmed AliWe have sent an Apostle to you as a witness against you, as We had sent an apostle to the Pharaoh.
