12وَفَجَّرنَا الأَرضَ عُيونًا فَالتَقَى الماءُ عَلىٰ أَمرٍ قَد قُدِرَZafar Ansariand We made the earth burst forth with springs, and all this water converged to fulfil that which had been decreed.
