28هُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ رَسولَهُ بِالهُدىٰ وَدينِ الحَقِّ لِيُظهِرَهُ عَلَى الدّينِ كُلِّهِ ۚ وَكَفىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهيدًاAli UnalHe it is Who has sent His Messenger with the Divine guidance and the Religion of truth that He may make it prevail over all religions.1 God suffices for a witness (for the truth of His promise and the mission of His Messenger).For an explanation, see 9: 33, note 9.
