14وَلِلَّهِ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ غَفورًا رَحيمًاLaleh BakhtiarAnd to God belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And God had been Forgiving, Compassionate.
