14وَلِلَّهِ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ غَفورًا رَحيمًاRashad KhalifaTo GOD belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whomever He wills, and punishes whomever He wills. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
