14وَلِلَّهِ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ غَفورًا رَحيمًا(Muntakhab)To Allah belong the control and the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; He forgives whom He will and justly subjects to pain and suffering whom He will and He has always been Ghafurun (Forgiving), and Rahimun (Merciful).
