20وَإِنّي عُذتُ بِرَبّي وَرَبِّكُم أَن تَرجُمونِMuhammad Asadand, behold, it is with my Sustainer - and your Sustainer - that I seek refuge against all your endeavours to revile me.1Lit., "lest you throw stones at me". It is to be noted that the verb rajama is used in the physical sense of "throwing stones" as well as, metaphorically, in the sense of "throwing aspersions or reviling".
