15إِنّا كاشِفُو العَذابِ قَليلًا ۚ إِنَّكُم عائِدونَMuhammad Asad[Still,] behold, We shall postpone1 this suffering for a little while, although you are bound to revert [to your evil ways: but]Lit., "remove". This is apparently said on the time-level of the present - i.e., before the coming of the Last Hour - so as to give the sinners an opportunity to repent.
