82 Preface إِنَّما أَمرُهُ إِذا أَرادَ شَيئًا أَن يَقولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُYusuf AliVerily, when He intends1 a thing, His Command is, “be”, and it is!And His creation is not dependent on time, on instruments or means, or any conditions whatsoever.
