21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَAli Unal(He will bring forth the Hereafter, where) He punishes whom He wills and has mercy on whom He wills. To Him you are being returned.
