21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَTalal ItaniHe punishes whom He wills, and He grants mercy to whom He wills, and to Him you will be restored.
